water, water, and more water!ย  i know many of you are thinking actually itโ€™s wine, wine, and more wine…haha, but seriously flooding your system with water will help you so much.โฃ

to find out what you need in a day, take your weight, divide by two, and drink that much in ounces.

aim to drink half your total amount before noon EVERY SINGLE DAY!

a simple tip to start your day right is to drink at least 8 oz before you do anything else. (๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฎ๐ฉ)โฃ

โฃa number one symptom of dehydration is fatigue so water helps you HUGE with energy levels.ย  if your feeling exhausted drink more water water water, and then enjoy the coffee and the WINE WINE WINE!
